Enable or disable automatic responses to new leads

Specify names that are allowed to receive auto responses (separated by semicolons)

Choose how leads are converted to inquiries

Choose how leads are automatically converted to inquiries:

Phone or Email: Only converts leads to inquiries when contact information (phone or email) is available. This ensures you have a way to reach the lead before conversion.
Instantly: Automatically converts new leads to inquiries as soon as they are received, without any conditions.
Disabled: No automatic conversion. You'll need to manually convert leads to inquiries when needed.

Note: Once converted to an inquiry, the lead will be marked as processed and will appear in your inquiry list.

Note: These settings help you filter out specific contact information:

Phone Numbers: Enter complete phone numbers to ignore (e.g., business phone numbers)
Emails: Enter complete email addresses or patterns (e.g., @domain.com to ignore all emails from a domain)

Customize the message that will be sent to leads
